Far infrared heating tubes are made of specially processed milky white quartz glass tubes or high-temperature transparent quartz glass tubes, equipped with high-temperature electric heating alloy wires as heating elements. As milky white quartz glass can absorb almost all visible and near-infrared light emitted by the electric heating wire, and can convert it into far-infrared radiation, it saves about 40% of energy compared to general heating elements.

Precautions for installation and use:

1. When installed horizontally, the inclination should not exceed 25 degrees.

2. When using, use aluminum reflector or stainless steel reflector, flat or parabolic reflector. But the parabolic reflector is the best: it improves the utilization rate of radiation and can be processed by our factory.

3. Severe vibration and shaking should be avoided.

4. The optimal distance between the heating element and the heated object should be controlled between 150-500 millimeters, depending on the specific condition of the dried object.

5. Quartz heating elements are brittle materials, and safety should be taken during installation and use. Necessary protective measures should be taken according to the specific situation of the heated object to avoid mechanical damage.
